Unfortunately due to all the current delays with the re-furbishment work and myself not beeing well the shop will not re-open its doors untill to the start of the new year. It had all been planned to open within weeks of Christmas but that is no no longer possible I am afraid to say, so for the meantime I will still be trading from the Auto Centre address. More info on when the shop will open will be posted as soon as I know myself. Sorry for the delays and have a wonderfull Christmas to you all, peace. Peter Yates

We are pleased to announce that P Yates Cycles will be a authorized Ghost Bikes Stockist again for next year and that 2011 bikes are landing as we speak. We will be trying to stock a good mixture of there range which we think repersents there brand in the best possible way. As there range is so vast with most bikes offered in a variety of colours and plenty of size options it will be impossible to hold stock of every item at all times but any model that we dont have on display is usually avaible to us very quickly if it is in stock at the suppliers. A weekend of mixed weather, muddy entrance into the field and Foz on a flyer. A early morning warm sun was welcoming the start of the weekend at Bucknell but not for long as the rest of practise saw the weather changing from good to worse slowly back to good with the track not drying out as fast as we pre-sumed it would. A mixture of views on the track with people moaning about the ruts in the new jumps and the new berms beeing to stop and starty and if you didnt have the line through the rooty root section then you wouldnt be getting through it staying on the bike. Sunday the sun seemed to be making another appearance and by mid way through practise seemed to be running alot lot better. Foz Willis came down down smoking everyones times in his first run, second run crashing on the first corner pushing it abit to much couldnt go and faster overall. With his first run time fast enough to secure him of the victory at round 6 and the final round of the Pearce Series.

FOZ WINS ENGLISH CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE Written on 30th August 2010 at 6.44pm by Pete
The Championships were held at round 4 of the Caersws Cup with a array of weather conditions, from a closed down track on the Saturday to a dried out fast track by race runs on Sunday. With the hillside now treeless and no way of stopping if your were to go off track, with riders in practise going through the safety barriers leading to further maitenance work throughout the Saturday. Early Sunday the track was washed out with no grip in any sections due to the constant down pour throughout the night. Yet Willis was addoment switching to drys for his race run and myself beeing his mechanic was un-sure of this decission as he hadnt tried them all weekend. His first race run was real fast untill taking off the bomb hole step down to find a bike on the landing surrounded by spectators, carrying the speed off the jump there was now way possibble to avoid the carnage on the track and Foz rode straight over the bike hitting a dead stop some how managing to cling on to his bike, luckilly the marshall was present and a re-run was given. Foz come down ahead of everyone with only the National Champion to follow after a re-run due to a similar incident but cudnt find the extra 3 seconds Foz had put into the field. With a clear sky and a pit area filled with tyre changes Foz knew the other racers would be going faster with the track drying out fast. The 2010 National Champ Graig Taylor looking to improve on his slower re-runned time and 2009 English Champion David List hungry to retain his title. Taylor had found 4 seconnds but it still wasnt enough, List had somehow gone 1.02 into the lead with only Foz left it was going to be close, riding with a broken seatpost coming across the line 2 seconds faster then his first run time beating List by a 0.55 of a second and crowned the new 2010 English Champion.
